Phosphothreonine Antibody (MA1-91728) in ELISA
ELISA results of Phosphothreonine Monoclonal Antibody (18F6) (Product # MA1-91728) tested against BSA conjugates of pT, pY and pS. Each well was coated with 0.1 µg of conjugate. The starting dilution of antibody was 1:1,000 and each point on the X-axis represents a 2-fold dilution. HRP conjugated Gt-a-Mouse IgG (H&L) antibody and TMB substrate were used for detection.

Target Information
Phosphothreonine is a phosphoamino acid, the phosphorylated ester of threonine. There are three amino acids that are typically phosphorylated in eukaryotes: serine, threonine, and tyrosine. Threonine residues in endogenous proteins undergo phosphorylation through the action of a threonine kinase. Small amounts of free phosphothreonine can be detected in urine Antibodies against phosphothreonine can be used as an identifier in the analysis of peptides, proteins, and enzymes.
