900-T234K consists of: 900-T234 (capture antibody, detection antibody, and protein standard), and HRP-17UL (streptavidin HRP-conjugate).
Human IL-25 TMB ELISA Development Kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinanthuman IL-25 in a sandwich ELISA format. Human IL-25 TMB ELISA Development Kit contains enough material to assay the target cytokine in at least 1,000 ELISA plate wells.
The TMB ELISA Buffer Kit (Product # 900-T00), sold separately, is recommended to be used in conjunction with this TMB ELISA Development Kit for optimal performance. This buffer kit contains all the necessary components to assay ten 96-well ELISA plates (included) and contains detailed handling instructions.
Target information
Interleukin 25 (IL-25) is a member of the IL-17 family and is identified as a proinflammatory cytokine which is produced by Th17 effector cells thus enabling the Th17 subset to initiate or maintain the autoimmune process in diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis. IL-25 also induces activation of NF-kappa-B and stimulates production of the proinflammatory chemokine IL-8. IL-25 itself is activated through IL-23, IL-5, and TGF-beta.
