Immunohistochemistry analysis of 14-3-3 sigma in paraffin-embedded human colon. Samples were incubated with 14-3-3 sigma Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35498) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
