AAMP Antibody (PA5-78935) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of AAMP using anti-AAMP antibody (Product # PA5-78935). AAMP was detected in a section of U2OS cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-AAMP antibody (Product # PA5-78935) overnight at 4°C. Target Information
The gene product is an immunoglobulin-type protein. It is found to be expressed strongly in endothelial cells, cytotrophoblasts, and poorly differentiated colon adenocarcinoma cells found in lymphatics. The protein contains a heparin-binding domain and mediates heparin-sensitive cell adhesion.
