Western Blot analysis of ACTR10 using a ACTR10 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99021) at a concentration of 3 µg/mL. Positive WB detected in: PC-3 whole cell lysate, HEK293 whole cell lysate. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:50,000 dilution. Observed band size: 47 kDa.
