Western Blot was performed using Anti-AIM2 Monoclonal Antibody (10M2B3) (Product # MA5-16259) and a 40 kDa band corresponding to Interferon-inducible protein AIM2 was observed across tested samples. Whole cell extracts (40 µg lysate) of Daudi (Lane 1), Raji (Lane 2), HCT 116 (Lane 3), SH-SY5Y (Lane 4) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX).
