Western blot analysis of AZGP1 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with AZGP1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-50915) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL followed by HRP-Linked Caprine Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL. Lane 1: Rat Serum; Lane 2: Rat Liver lysate; Lane 3: Rat Lung lysate; Lane 4: Rat Heart lysate.
