ELISA of Agmatine in 100 µL (coated at a concentration of 10 µg/mL) of Agmatine carrier protein conjugate. Detection range is 600 ng/mL down to 2.2 ng/mL (coated ligand detection range). Sample was incubated with polyclonal Agmatine antibody (Product # PA5-119515), followed by Rabbit IgG (HRP) with a dilution of 1:2000.
