Alix Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. U-138 mg cells were transfected with, control siRNA, Alix siRNA probe #1, and Alix siRNA probe #2 and a decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blot application using Anti-Alix Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-52873) used at a dilution of 0.4 µg/mL. Anti-GAPDH was used as a loading control. {KD}
