BAZ1A Antibody (PA5-143913) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of BAZ1A in MCF-7 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in BAZ1A Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143913) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: monkey COS-7 whole cell, human Jurkat whole cell, rat C6 whole cell, mouse testis tissue. ICC/IF: MCF-7 cell. Flow: HepG2 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
