BBX Antibody (A303-150A) in IP
Detection of human BBX by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BBX antibody (Product # A303-150A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. BBX was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BBX antibody A303-151A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated BBX, A303-151A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
