Western Blot analysis of BG2 using a BG2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98357). Positive WB detected in: Arabidopsis thaliana leaf tissue, Glycine max leaf tissue. All lanes: BG2 antibody at 1:1000. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:50,000 dilution. Observed band size: 38 kDa.
