Western blot was performed using Anti-BRPF1 Recombinant Rabbit Superclonal™ Antibody (Product # 712494) and 150, 140 kDa bands corresponding to isoforms of BRPF1 was observed across the cell lines tested. Target Information
BRPF1 (peregrin) is a component of the MOZ/MORF complex. This complex has histone H3 acetyltransferase activity. BRPF1 preferentially mediates histone H3-K23 acetylation and positively regulates the transcription of RUNX1 and RUNX2. Mutations affecting the gene can result in intellectual developmental disorder with dysmorphic facies and ptosis.
