Western blot analysis of C11orf79 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with C11orf79 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95718) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

Target Information
SDHAF2, also named asC11orf79, SDHAF2 and SDH5, is a mitochondrial protein needed for the flavination of a succinate dehydrogenase complex subunit required for activity of the complex. SDHAF2 has been shown to be mutated in patients with paragangliomas, also known as familial non-chromaffin paragangliomas type 2.
