C7orf50 Antibody (MA5-55833) in WB
Western blot analysis of C7orf50 in 15 µg of MCF-7. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. C7orf50 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary C7orf50 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55833) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.
