Western blot analysis of CCL28 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with CCL28 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96181) using a dilution of 1:400, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 60s.

Target Information
MEC is a secreted CC chemokine expressed primarily by epithelial cells of the bronchioles, salivary gland, mammary gland and colon. MEC signals through the CCR10 receptor, and chemoattracts resting CD4, CD8 T-cells and eosinophils. MEC contains six cysteines, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
