CFP1 Antibody (A303-162A) in IP
Detection of human CFP1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CFP1 antibody (Product # A303-162A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CFP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CFP1 antibody A303-161A, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CFP1, A303-161A was used at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
