Western blot analysis of COBRA1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with COBRA1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110023) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 5s.

Target Information
NELFB is a subunit of negative elongation factor (NELF), which also includes NELFA (WHSC2), either NELFC or NELFD (TH1L), and NELFE (RDBP), a heterodimer of SPT4 (SUPT4H1), to cause transcriptional pausing of RNA polymerase II (Narita et al., 2003).
