COBRA1 Antibody (PA5-118113) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of COBRA1 in A431 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with COBRA1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118113, 1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

NELFB is a subunit of negative elongation factor (NELF), which also includes NELFA (WHSC2), either NELFC or NELFD (TH1L), and NELFE (RDBP), a heterodimer of SPT4 (SUPT4H1), to cause transcriptional pausing of RNA polymerase II (Narita et al., 2003).
