CRAMP1L Antibody (A304-093A) in IP
Detection of human CRAMP1L by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CRAMP1L antibody (Product # A304-093A) (lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CRAMP1L was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CRAMP1L antibody A304-094A. For blotting immunoprecipitated CRAMP1L, A304-094A was used at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
