Cytokeratin 12 Antibody (MA5-42701) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Cytokeratin 12 in paraffin-embedded mouse cornea. Samples were incubated with Cytokeratin 12 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-42701) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
