DDAH1 Antibody (A305-391A) in IP
Detection of human DDAH1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DDAH1 antibody (Product # A305-391A) (lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. DDAH1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DDAH1 antibody BL21178. For blotting immunoprecipitated DDAH1, A305-391A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

This gene belongs to the dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase (DDAH) gene family. The encoded enzyme plays a role in nitric oxide generation by regulating cellular concentrations of methylarginines, which in turn inhibit nitric oxide synthase activity.
