DNAAF3 Antibody (PA5-71524) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of DNAAF3 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human testis tissue. Samples were incubated with DNAAF3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-71524) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is required for the assembly of axonemal inner and outer dynein arms and plays a role in assembling dynein complexes for transport into cilia. Defects in this gene are a cause of primary ciliary dyskinesia type 2 (CILD2). Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
