Western blot analysis of DNASE1L1 in extracts of MCF7 cells. Samples were incubated with DNASE1L1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109651) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

Target Information
DNASE1L1 encodes a deoxyribonuclease protein that shows high sequence similarity to DNase I. The encoded protein is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum and modified by N-linked glycosylation. Alternate transcriptional splice variants encoding the same protein have been observed.
