DPPA4 Antibody (PA5-47530) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of DPPA4 in immersion fixed D3 mouse embryonic stem cell line. Samples were incubated in DPPA4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47530) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 493-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
