EMC4 Antibody (A305-752A-T) in IP
Detection of human EMC4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EMC4 antibody A305-752A-M (lot A305-752A-M-1) used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. EMC4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-EMC4 antibody BL23129. For blotting immunoprecipitated EMC4, A305-752A-M was used at 1:400. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
