          EOMES Antibody (720200) in ICC/IF

Immunofluorescence analysis of EOMES was performed using 70% confluent log phase MCF7 and A-431 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 45 minutes at room temperature. The cells were labeled with EOMES Polyclonal Antibody (Product # 720200) at 1:200 in 0.1% BSA, incubated at 4 degree celsius overnight and then labeled with Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Highly Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor Plus 488 (Product # A32790... Product Specific Information

These Polyclonal antibodies are of rabbit origin developed by immunizing animals with proteins or peptides. The polyclonal antibody is purified by affinity purification from the rabbit sera generated after immunizing the rabbits with a specific type of protein or peptide. The purified antibody is tested for its functionality in various relevant research applications. The antibody is developed for Research Use Only and is non-hazardous or non-infectious in nature.

This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Cat, Pig and Dog

          Target Information

TBR2 is a member of a conserved protein family that shares a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. A similiar protein disrupted in mice is shown to be essential during trophoblast development and gastrulation. TBR2 plays a role in brain development and is required for the specification and the proliferation of the intermediate progenitor cells and their progeny in the cerebral cortex.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
