          EOMES Antibody (MA5-24291) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of EOMES in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells differentiated into mesoderm. Samples were incubated in EOMES monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24291) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

          Target Information

TBR2 is a member of a conserved protein family that shares a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. A similiar protein disrupted in mice is shown to be essential during trophoblast development and gastrulation. TBR2 plays a role in brain development and is required for the specification and the proliferation of the intermediate progenitor cells and their progeny in the cerebral cortex.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
