Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HUVEC (Lane 1), HUVEC treated with TNF-alpha (25 ng/mL for 24 hrs) (Lane 2) and tissue extracts of Rat Heart (Lane 3).
