Samples were incubated with FAM65A Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95803) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.

Target Information
Downstream effector protein for Rho-type small GTPases that plays a role in cell polarity and directional migration (PubMed:27807006). Acts as an adapter protein, linking active Rho proteins to STK24 and STK26 kinases, and hence positively regulates Golgi reorientation in polarized cell migration upon Rho activation (PubMed:27807006).
