Western Blot analysis of FAM98B using FAM98B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112109) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: Raji whole cell lysate, Lane B: Caco2 whole cell lysate, Lane C: Jurkat whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 37 kDa. Observed band size: 45 kDa.
