Neutralization of FLT3LG in BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with mouse Flt-3. Samples were incubated in FLT3LG monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23826). Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L stimulates proliferation in the BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with mouse Flt-3 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L (5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Human Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.02-0.06 µg/mL.
