HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY FOSB (RC207004, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-FOSB. Positive lysates LY402011 (100 µg) and LC402011 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. Target Information
c-FOS is a nuclear phosphoprotein which forms a tight but non-covalently linked complex with the JUN/AP-1 transcription factor. It has a critical function in regulating the development of cells destined to form and maintain the skeleton, and is thought to have an important role in signal transduction, cell proliferation and differentiation.
