FTSJ3 Antibody (A304-200A) in IP
Detection of human FTSJ3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FTSJ3 antibody (Product # A304-200A) (lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. FTSJ3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-FTSJ3 antibodies A304-198A and A304-199A. For blotting immunoprecipitated FTSJ3, A304-199A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
