GPR107 Antibody (PA5-102079) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of GPR107 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with GPR107 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102079) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

GPR107 also named as KIAA1624 or LUSTR1 is 600 amino acid protein, which belongs to the LU7TM family. GPR107 localizes in membrane and is a multi-pass membrane protein. GPR107 is a promising candidate receptor for neuronostatin, and neuronostatin, interacting with GPR107, may play an important role in the central control of cardiovascular function.
