GPR162 Antibody (PA5-114738) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of GPR162 in human pancreatic cancer and adjacent normal tissues. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114738) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

This gene was identified upon genomic analysis of a gene-dense region at human chromosome 12p13. It appears to be mainly expressed in the brain; however, its function is not known. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
