GRHL3 Antibody (CF810684) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY GRHL3 (RC207857, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-GRHL3. Positive lysates LY404981 (100 µg) and LC404981 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the grainyhead family of transcription factors. The encoded protein interacts with leader-binding protein 32 (LBP-32) and brother of mammalian grainyhead (BOM), and may function as a transcription factor during development. Multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. Additional transcript variants have been described, but their biological nature has not been determined.
