GSPT1/2 Antibody (PA5-143976) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of GSPT1/2 in SiHa cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in GSPT1/2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143976) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human K562 whole cell, human Raji whole cell, rat pancreas tissue, mouse pancreas tissue, mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell. IHC: human gall bladder adenosquamous carcinoma tissue, human gastric adenocarcinoma tissue, human liver cancer tissue. ICC/IF: SiHa cell. Target Information
Eukaryotic peptide chain release factor GTP-binding subunit ERF3A/B is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the GSPT1,2 gene. This gene encodes a GTPase that belongs to the GTP-binding elongation factor family. The encoded protein is a polypeptide release factor that complexes with eukaryotic peptide chain release factor 1 to mediate translation termination. This protein may also be involved in mRNA stability.
