Galectin 10 Antibody (PA5-47741) in WB
Western blot analysis of Galectin 10 in HL‚60 human acute promyelocytic leukemia cell line. Samples were incubated in Galectin 10 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47741) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Galectin‚10 at approximately 16 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
