Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.

IHC: human breast cancer tissue, human endometrial cancer tissue, human lung cancer tissue, human ovarian cancer tissue, human rectal cancer tissue, human renal carcinoma tissue, human gallbladder carcinoma tissue, human gastric carcinoma tissue, human liver cancer tissue, human lymphoma tissue, rat liver tissue. Target Information
Glutamate dehydrogenase (EC 1.4.1.3) catalyzes the reversible oxidative deamination of glutamate to alpha-ketoglutarate using NAD and/or NADP as cofactors. See also GLUD1 (MIM 138130).
