Immunocytochemistry analysis of HSPH1 using anti-HSPH1 antibody (Product # PA5-79418) . HSPH1 was detected in a section of A549 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 5μg/mL rabbit anti-HSPH1 antibody (Product # PA5-79418) overnight at 4°C. Target Information
HSPH1 prevents the aggregation of denatured proteins in cells under severe stress, on which the ATP levels decrease markedly. This protein inhibits HSPA8/HSC70 ATPase and chaperone activities.
