HSP20 Antibody (PA5-95454) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Hsp20 using anti-Hsp20 antibody (Product # PA5-95454) . Hsp20 was detected in a section of A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-Hsp20 antibody (Product # PA5-95454) overnight at 4°C. Human Hsp20 shares 88.2% and 92.2% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat Hsp20, respectively.
Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: rat cardiac muscle tissue, rat skeletal muscle tissue, rat testis tissue, mouse testis tissue, human A431 whole cell. Target Information
