ICAM-5 Antibody (PA5-47084) in WB
Western blot analysis of ICAM-5 in rat olfactory bulb tissue, mouse olfactory bulb tissue, mouse brain tissue, and human brain (cerebellum) tissue. Samples were incubated in ICAM-5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47084) using a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for ICAM‚5 at approximately 150 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ICAM-5 and recombinant mouse (rm) ICAM-2 is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat ICAM-1, rhICAM-1, and rhICAM-3 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmICAM-1 and rmVCAM-1 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Component of RNA polymerase I which synthesizes ribosomal RNA precursors. Appears to be involved in the formation of the initiation complex at the promoter by mediating the interaction between Pol I and UBTF/UBF.
