IFIH1 Antibody (TA803668) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY IFIH1 (RC215661, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-IFIH1. Positive lysates LY411723 (100 µg) and LC411723 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

Target Information
DEAD box proteins, characterized by the conserved motif Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp and a protein kinase C-activating compound, mezerein. Irreversible reprogramming of melanomas can be achieved by treatment with both these agents; treatment with either agent alone only achieves reversible differentiation.
