IGFBP-1 Antibody (PA5-47102) in IHC (F)
Immunohistochemical analysis of IGFBP-1 in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse embryo (13 d.p.c.). Samples were incubated in IGFBP-1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47102) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to developing liver.

In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IGFBP-1 and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IGFBP-2, rmIGFBP-3, rmIGFBP-5, rmIGFBP-6, and rmIGFBP-7 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
This gene is a member of the insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP) family and encodes a protein with an IGFBP domain and a thyroglobulin type-I domain. The protein binds both insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) I and II and circulates in the plasma. Binding of this protein prolongs the half-life of the IGFs and alters their interaction with cell surface receptors.
