IL1RA Antibody (PA5-46924) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of IL1RA in immersion fixed equine peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Samples were incubated in IL1RA polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46924) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membrane.

In sandwich ELISAs, less than 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-1ra is observed, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat IL-1ra is observed, less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant porcine IL-1ra is observed, less than 0.4% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-1ra is observed, and less than 0.2% cross-reactivity with recombinant equine IL-1beta is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin 1 receptor family. This protein is a receptor for interleukin alpha (IL1A), interleukin beta (IL1B), and interleukin 1 receptor, type I(IL1R1/IL1RA). It is an important mediator involved in many cytokine induced immune and inflammatory responses. This gene along with interleukin 1 receptor, type II (IL1R2), interleukin 1 receptor-like 2 (IL1RL2), and interleukin 1 receptor-like 1 (IL1RL1) form a cytokine receptor gene cluster in a region mapped to chromosome 2q12.
