Western blot analysis of INSRR in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with INSRR Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120068) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

Target Information
INSRR, insulin receptor-related receptor, is a member of the insulin receptor (IR) family. INSRR does not bind insulin-like molecules, but is similar to INSR in tyrosine kinase activity. Receptor with tyrosine-protein kinase activity. Functions as a pH sensing receptor which is activated by increased extracellular pH. Activates an intracellular signaling pathway that involves IRS1 and AKT1/PKB.
