ITGB1BP2 Antibody (MA5-55642) in WB
Western blot analysis of ITGB1BP2 in 15 µg of rat skeletal muscle lysate. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ITGB1BP2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary ITGB1BP2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55642) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.
