ITGB6 Antibody (MA5-24161) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of ITGB6 in immersion fixed HT‚29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in ITGB6 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24161) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI(blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

ITGB6 (Integrin alpha-V/beta-6) is a receptor for fibronectin and cytotactin. It recognizes the sequence R-G-D in its ligands. Internalization of integrin alpha-V/beta-6 via clathrin-mediated endocytosis promotes carcinoma cell invasion.
