ITPKC Antibody (PA5-101235) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of ITPKC in HepG2 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with ITPKC polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101235) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
Inositol 1, 4, 5-trisphosphate 3-kinase (ITPK) catalyzes the phosphorylation of Ins(1, 4, 5)P3 to Ins(1, 3, 4, 5)P4, both of which are modulators of calcium homeostasis. ITPK isoforms include ITPKA, ITPKB, and ITPKC, all of which contain a conserved catalytic unit in their C termini, but have unique N-terminal sequences and tissue distributions.
